Curry Club – Data Protection & Privacy Notice When you book a place at Curry Club, we collect the information you provide (such as your name, email address, phone number, company name and any dietary requirements) for the purpose of managing your attendance at this event. We use your details to: • Confirm your booking • Contact you about event updates or changes • Manage venue arrangements, including dietary requirements • Operate check-in on the day Your information is processed in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. Your information may be shared only where necessary to deliver the event (for example, with the venue for catering purposes). Booking information will be retained for up to 90 days after the event for administrative and record-keeping purposes, after which it will be securely deleted unless you have separately opted in to receive future event communications.
